Maximilian studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. During his studies he worked for national and international law firms. At oikon, he advises private and professional investors on real estate law and tax issues throughout the entire life cycle of a property, from strategy development, acquisition and management through to exit.

A focus of his work is succession planning. Here, Maximilian develops tailor-made soltuions for his clients for the tax-optimized transfer of assets to the next generation.

He also works in anti competion law and supports – especially companies in the real estate industry – in the in-court and out-of-court enforcement and defense of competition law claims.
