Ralf advises founder and owner-managed companies as well as private individuals / expats on cross-border issues – both inbound and outbound.

He specializes in international tax law and develops tailor-made solution concepts as part of tax structuring advice.





Ralf provides support in cross-border tax cases with ongoing tax advice and with the design of foreign tax structures. The spectrum of his professional experience ranges from the “old economy” to the digital FinTech economy (crypto business).

He recognized his passion for taxes and consulting early on. After training as a tax clerk, he studied business administration at the Munich University of Applied Sciences with a focus on corporate taxation. During his studies, he worked part-time for a global German management consultancy and for one of the largest German auditing companies in the areas of international tax law and auditing. He was then responsible for national and international matters in the tax department of a large, medium-sized auditing and tax consultancy company.

He holds a Master of Laws LL.M. from the University of Vienna in International Tax Law and is a Certified Public Accountant & Auditor (CPAA United Arab Emirates).

Ralf is a founding partner of DELTAKAP International Tax Consulting Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH with its own offices in Germany, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai).
