Sandra is a senior associate and specialist lawyer for Employment Law. She advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, as well as on the related economic and strategic issues.
Sandra’s legal practice focuses on providing companies, managing directors and employees with ongoing advice, and representation in labour court, on matters relating to service and employment relationships. She has many years of experience in advising on labour law aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.
Sandra is the point of contact for managing directors and board members, as well as employees, for all matters relating to the service and employment relationship, the drafting of contracts and the separation process.
Her knowledge of social security law is another focus of her work, which completes her legal advice.
