Biography


Anna advises international clients on their market entry into Germany. Her focus lies on commercial and corporate law as well as international tax law. She supports companies strategically—from initial structuring through to sustainable establishment in the German market—ensuring legal certainty, efficiency, and practical implementation.

With many years of experience in international business law, she develops tailored cross-border structures that align regulatory requirements with business objectives. She combines legal precision with entrepreneurial thinking and a clear understanding of complex international matters. Clients worldwide value her ability to identify legal risks early, manage them effectively, and translate them into robust solutions. Her advisory approach is defined by clarity, reliability, and a commitment to delivering sustainable results at the highest level.

Anna has also served for 15 years as a trusted legal advisor to the Republic of Bulgaria, handling consular and diplomatic matters for Bulgarian foreign missions in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, and Düsseldorf. She is regularly consulted on legal matters by the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cases involving Germany and acts as a legal interface between governmental authorities, international companies, and German institutions. In addition, she leads the Bulgaria Desk in Germany, where she is responsible for the strategic advisory of internationally active companies, with a focus on international trade, tax law, technology, and regulatory compliance.


Education


Anna studied law in Munich and Sofia. She is admitted to practice as an attorney in both Germany and Bulgaria and is also a certified specialist lawyer for international business law. In 2024, she completed her doctorate with distinction. Her dissertation, “Protection Against Insider Trading – A Comparative Analysis Between German and Bulgarian Law,” highlights her academic depth in international business and capital markets law—forming the foundation on which she now addresses highly complex regulatory AI-related issues in a structured manner.
