Biography


Daniel is a certified specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law and a Senior Associate at oikon LAW. He advises entrepreneurs, family businesses, as well as national and international companies on key aspects of business law, with a clear focus on cross-border structures and transactions. His areas of expertise include, in particular, M&A transactions, corporate structuring and restructuring projects, as well as international commercial and contract law.

He supports clients throughout the entire process—from strategic planning and contract negotiations to implementation—and, where necessary, also represents them in enforcing their positions both out of court and in litigation.

Daniel contributes his expertise to ongoing corporate advisory work, ranging from the formation and organization of international subsidiaries to shareholder meetings and amendments to articles of association, as well as the structuring of participation and shareholder agreements and the purchase and sale of shares and companies.

He handles restructuring and corporate transformations in close coordination with the tax partners at oikon LAW, ensuring that legal and tax aspects are aligned at an early stage and implemented in a pragmatic manner.


Education


Daniel studied law at the University of Augsburg, specialising in international law (including private international law, international civil procedure law, comparative law, and European law).
