Biography

Ralph has been a partner at oikon LAW in Munich since 2008. He advises companies, investors, and asset holders comprehensively on real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial leasing, real estate transactions, and project development. He also represents clients in real-estate-related disputes.

In addition, Ralph advises on general corporate law. His areas of focus include, among other things, the structuring of shareholdings as well as the drafting and negotiation of corporate agreements, such as shareholders’ agreements.

A further focus of his practice is succession planning at the intersection of inheritance law, corporate law, and tax structuring. He advises shareholders—whether as private individuals or through holding structures—as well as companies on the forward-looking planning and implementation of succession arrangements. This includes, in particular, the orderly transfer of assets and shareholdings, the design of appropriate structures and responsibilities, and the legally compliant coordination within the family and/or shareholder group, including the necessary agreements and implementation documents.

Prior to this, Ralph worked as an attorney and partner, among other roles, at the law firm Werner, Luger & Werner in Munich. He also serves clients in supervisory board functions.

Education

Ralph studied law at the universities of Munich, Berlin, and Lausanne and worked as a research assistant at the University of Augsburg.
