Biography

Sandra is a Senior Associate and a certified specialist lawyer in employment law at oikon LAW. She advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, as well as related commercial and strategic matters. A key focus of her work is ongoing employment law advisory and representation in both judicial and out-of-court disputes—from contract drafting and collaboration issues to separation and restructuring processes. She also has many years of experience supporting employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.

She particularly supports companies in international employment law contexts, such as cross-border assignments and global mobility matters, including contractual structuring as well as interfaces with social security systems and internal reporting and compliance processes. Additional areas of focus include employment law issues within international matrix and corporate structures, as well as the design and implementation of employment compliance instruments such as codes of conduct, policies, and globally applicable corporate guidelines. As a certified data protection officer, she strengthens advisory services at the intersection of employment law, HR, and compliance. As a trained auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001), she also supports clients in preparing for (re-)certifications.
