Ulrich Baumann

As part of the integrated advice on legal, tax and economic issues, Ulrich supports medium-sized companies and subsidiaries of foreign groups in sales and personnel matters. He supports their managing directors as the first point of contact in all entrepreneurial matters, as well as executives when leaving previous employment and entering new areas of responsibility. IT companies value his expertise in opening up and consolidating new markets and integrating them into a matrix structure. Together with his team, Ulrich advises on the design of systems for company pension schemes (bAV) and on switching to other systems of bAV, esp. in the outsourcing of pension commitments.

In Europe, he supports IT companies in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, France and Spain together with reliable, specialized cooperation partners in the establishment and expansion of their branches, the creation and coordination of new sales contracts and the implementation of data protection. With his team of employment lawyers, he supports employers in the hiring, administration and dismissal of employees, the design of remuneration systems and the introduction, analysis and change of implementation methods in company pension schemes. In cooperation with the DGD Deutsche Gesellschaft für Datenschutz GmbH, he looks after his clients using an integrated, online-based complete solution including data protection audit, the creation of process directories, order agreements and category directories, so that his clients can concentrate on their core business.

Ulrich studied law in Augsburg, Leeds (UK) and Munich and was admitted to the bar in 1994. He has been a specialist lawyer for labor law since 2001, a business mediator since 2009 and a specialist lawyer for international business law since 2018.
