Daniel is Senior Associate at oikon LAW and specialises in national and international business law. His focus is on M&A transactions, company formations, advising on corporate structuring and investments as well as international and national commercial and corporate law. With experience in international trade in goods (CISG), contract drafting and dispute resolution, he is a competent point of contact for complex commercial legal issues.
Daniel is Senior Associate at oikon LAW since July 2022 and advises clients in key areas of commercial law. He focuses on M&A transactions, company formations, corporate structuring and investments for global companies of all sizes, as well as international and national commercial and corporate law. He also specialises in contract drafting and litigation.
After studying law at the University of Augsburg, where he specialised in international law – including private international law, international civil procedure law and European law – Daniel completed his legal traineeship at the District Court of Landshut in the Higher Regional Court District of Munich. In 2023, he successfully completed his specialisation course in commercial and corporate law and continues to develop his expertise in these areas.
Thanks to his extensive international experience, in particular through professional stays in Italy with renowned commercial law firms in Treviso and Padua, Daniel not only has in-depth expertise, but is also fluent in Italian in addition to English. This makes him a valued contact for Italian clients, whom he meets on a linguistic and cultural level.
