Meet us @ Female Founders Festival in Hamburg!
On February 23 and 24, the Female Founders Festival will take place in Hamburg. The event is organized by the founders Svenja Bremer from WHO:IN and Isa Gardt from OMR 50 50 and is aimed at the female start-up scene. It brings together everyone who wants to start a company, is in the process of starting one or has already done so. Presentations by female founders and workshops on various topics offer a space for inspiration, networking and knowledge exchange!
As a law firm that supports start-ups, we are delighted to announce that our lawyer Anna Tönies – Bambalska will be holding the workshop “From sole proprietorship to limited liability company” as part of the festival on Saturday, February 24. In addition to an overview of company forms in Germany, the lecture will take a closer look at the sole proprietorship and the GmbH and present the change to the legal form of the GmbH with tax law aspects.
