Sandra Desche is a senior associate and specialist lawyer for employment law. Her main areas of expertise include labor law, tenancy law and family law.
Sandra advises small and medium-sized companies on all personnel matters relating to employment law and the associated social security law issues. She is also the contact person for their managing directors and board members for all questions relating to the employment relationship, the drafting of contracts and the separation process.
Together with a team of employment lawyers, she supports employers in the hiring, administration and dismissal of employees, the design of remuneration systems and personnel administration.
In the area of tenancy law, Sandra reviews and drafts tenancy agreements for both tenants and landlords. She enforces rent claims as well as eviction claims for the landlord and equally takes care of defending against such claims for the tenant
