Fatma studied law at the renowned Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. She gained international experience in a major law firm in Seoul, South Korea, where she won in-depth insights into complex global legal issues and international corporate structures during her elective internship.
Since 2024, Fatma has been contributing her extensive legal skills as an attorney at oikon LAW. She advises clients in the areas of national and international commercial law, banking and capital markets law, and international corporate law.
She pays particular attention to the contractual design of tokenization. Here she supports companies in the legally secure structuring of smart contracts, the tokenization of assets such as real estate or securities, and in complying with regulatory requirements in blockchain technology.
