Luja Ling is of Chinese origin with a multicultural background and has worked for many years in Milan/Italy for a worldwide represented international law firm. Luja specializes in complex international issues, in particular in the area of M&A transactions, joint ventures and the establishment of legal entities, as well as in the area of real estate investments.
Luja has successfully advised numerous companies on investment projects in China, Italy and Germany. Her in-depth knowledge of the business culture of the three countries and her wealth of experience in international transactions enable her to promote the smooth implementation of international investment projects.
Furthermore, Luja not only provides support in classic real estate transactions such as the acquisition, sale, leasing and rental of (commercial) real estate, but also in areas such as heritable building rights, condominium ownership and usufruct. In addition, she represents companies in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of contractual claims.
