Luja Ling is of Chinese descent with a multicultural background and worked for many years in Milan/Italy for an international law firm with a global presence. Luja specializes in complex international issues between Germany, Italy and China, particularly in the area of M&A transactions, joint ventures and the establishment of legal entities.
Luja has successfully advised numerous Italian companies in investment projects, both in China and vice versa Chinese investors in Italy and Germany. She has extensive experience in drafting contracts for complex transactions, with a special focus on international issues.
